Assembly Method

• Before assembling a new Ciclovation™ bar tape, please remove the old bar tape and thoroughly clean the handlebars.
   
• Please peel off the sticker on the back of the handlebar first, and perform the following handlebar wrapping operations while keeping the adhesive back clean.
  Start at the bottom of the handlebars. Leave a small section of the strap to tuck it into the handlebar, and then start wrapping it from the inside out.
  When wrapping the right handlebar, please look at it from the rider's perspective and wrap it inward in a clockwise direction; when wrapping the left handlebar, wrap it in a counterclockwise direction.
  Continue to overlap and wrap the handlebar tape, and keep the overlapped tape at half its width to maintain an appropriate and stable pulling force, neither too loose nor too tight.
  
• When winding to the appropriate position, please cut off the excess tape at a bevel in the center direction of the tape. (Picture left)
  When wrapping the handlebar tape to the final finish, please tighten and apply Ciclovation™ finishing tape to maintain the best integrity of the handlebar. (picture right)
  
• For the lock-in tail plug, please insert it into the handlebar hole, use a 3mm Allen wrench, please press the tail plug to the bottom and lock it, and you are done.
