How do I know if my order has been confirmed ?
An email & SMS will be sent to you once you have successfully placed your order on www.unitedbycycling.com. You will receive a tracking number on email and SMS once the prod-ucts you ordered have been shipped to your delivery address.
Can I make changes to my order ?
You can make changes from the “Account” Page. Once an order has been processed, no modifica-tions to the order are possible.
Can i cancel a order once ordered?
You can cancel orders from the “Account” page. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
What are the delivery charges?
United By Cycling offers Free Shipping within India on all products for a total order amount of Rs. 2000* or more. For orders lesser than Rs 2000, Rs. 150 will be levied as Shipping Charges. Overweight and large volume products (large box packaging), attracts higher shipping costs from shipping companies, resulting in additional shipping charges which will be communicated before we dispatch the products. Shipping charges include packaging, handling, transport costs, etc. Our packaging cartons are well protected to deliver products in mint condition.
Are there any hidden charges?
We have factored in all associated costs with the sale and delivery of products and this will reflect in the final invoice amount.
How can i check my order status?
You can track your order through the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" page. Once your order has been shipped you will receive the tracking details in your registered e-mail id and as an SMS message.
When do i receive my invoice?
Once your order is confirmed, your Invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail id.
do i get a warranty on your product?
We're authorised retailers for items sold on our website. All brand warranties specific to India will apply to products sold on www.unitedbycycling.com.

are payments safe on your site?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
what is the estimated delivery time?
Once an order is placed, we will ship your product within 48 hours from our warehouse. An email will be sent to you with tracking details as soon as we ship your item.
For orders across India (except Kochi) our delivery partner will deliver the product to you in 1 to 7 business days. Please note, business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. For orders within Kochi city, we will deliver products within the next working day (24 hours), except if the product is not in our Kochi warehouse. Such exceptions will be notified to you.
