The SHIMANO ALIVIO SL-M3100-L shifting lever provides quick lever access and light and responsive shifting for 3x9-speed mountain bike drivetrains. The RAPIDFIRE PLUS lever features 2-WAY RELEASE, which allows for relief shifts by either pull of the index finger or push of the thumb.
