Shipping policy
Orders INR 2000 and over qualify for our free shipping offer. All orders* below Rs 2000 will be delivered for a shipping cost of Rs 150.
*Overweight and large volume products (large box packaging), attracts higher shipping costs from shipping companies, resulting in additional shipping charges which will be communicated before we ship the products.
Shipments across India
Most of the items we sell will be shipped from our warehouse directly to your doorstep. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors to have your product shipped directly to you from their warehouse, if that means you will get the product faster.
Products will have availability status shown once it is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock - Ships Within 48 hours". These products will be shipped on the same or next business day.
You will get a notification mail once your product has been shipped by our shipping partner. Your product will take 4 to 12 days to reach your doorstep.
While we will do our best to ship our products at the earliest to you, sometimes the product might be out of stock at our warehouse and we will arrange for it to be shipped to you directly from our vendors so that you get it at the earliest. In some cases, we will split the order and ship each product out to you individually and in other cases, we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.
Some items will be marked "Available - expect 2-5 business days lead time before shipment". These items cannot be shipped the same day and require lead time prior to shipment. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier-specific tracking information will be sent to your registered email id within 24 hours of an item shipping.
Shipments within Kochi
For orders within Kochi city limits, we will deliver a product within 48 hours of an order being placed. The exception are items that are marked "Available - expect 2-5 business days lead time before shipment" on the product page. These deliveries will require the lead time, and you will receive the product 4 to 12 days after shipment.
